Hey all! The next wave of Colony-15 figures have been sculpted and are heading to production. So, we thought we'd start a little pre-order for them. We have set the shipping date to be the first week of March, but if that changes (one direction or the other) we will let you know. You can go directly to the new PRE-ORDER page strait away, or keep hanging about on this blog entry for pictures of the greens. First up are some Colonist Adventurers. These hardy folks (well, the menfolk anyways) were inspired by those feisty pre-WW1 Boers. The trench-style coats aren't so much for keeping the rain off as they are for keeping the sulfuric fog out. each Colonist also has a satchel or carrying case for their respirators. Don't get caught out in the Pale Winds without one! Continuing to do their best to protect the far flung settlements and ranches of the Uplands are our intrepid and underpaid Magravate Militia. Below we see the command team with radio Operator (on far left, with the heavy pistol), Anti-armor trooper (which is just as good a bust Zonii mounts!), Platoon Leader (yep, the dude with the short cape), Senior NCO, and their runner (literally) on the far right. The Space Marauders are also getting reinforcements, in the form of some close combat troops, an anti-material rocketeer, and a raider touting a really big heavy beamer. Best give up your livestock and jewelry, or they will literally blow the roof off your place. And... you asked for them, and we deliver: more Zonii, including some brawlers! A nice way to round out your unmounted warband. By the way, those clubs are made from the central core of a very long lived species of filter feeding fungus found in some of the deepest canyons of the "downs". Despite it's peaceful manner of feeding, it also has some very mobile, and deadly, tentacles. IF a warrior can kill one with his bare hands, he is entitled to harvest this core for usage around the house, and for bopping colonists on the head, of course. Better wear the big helmet when dealing with these guys... Again, please feel free to pre-order. Those who do will get their figures before they go on "regular" sale, and orders will be filled as we receive stock (which might even be before the first week of March!)

Zonii are sweet and nicely compliment their low-tech feel. Also those clubs should be poseable a bit.

New Zonii riders are a few months away at the moment, but they are planned and scheduled. There will also be some riderless beasties (not just the mounts either!)

Those are great news! Ridderless beasts would be wonderful, so You could packed them with luggage, harness them to towing guns or just simple herd them. Good idea, just made at east one "baby".

Were both of the Star Marauders sets sculpted by the same artist? The helmets on the new set are uninspired - the helmets on the first set were a lot closer the original Melvyn Space Vikings piece.
